During my time on the Whitbread account it has grown from having Whitbread Inns & Table Table retainers to lead agency across all Whitbread brands. Implementing strategy across the group, providing overarching guidance documents, toolkits and guiding other agencies to carry out their work.
From the companies pain points through to the growth areas. Including staff incentivisation schemes, loyalty programs, cost efficiencies, internal communications and ongoing campaigns across Beefeater, Costa, Premier Inn, Thyme, Cookhouse & Pub, Whitbread Inns, Table Table and Brewers Fayre.
