I’m a creative thinker and senior conceptual creative providing solutions to help deliver the results required. Ideation, spotting opportunity and helping others is where I excel.
My skillset has enabled me to take on Creative Director and Creative Lead roles. Across my 23 years in work, skill wise I have experience in creative thinking, business development, creative direction, art direction, brand guardianship, seeing things from start to their outcome. I have led teams and worked in silo implementing structure predominantly on a consultancy basis and find great enjoyment in guiding new young talent.
Very much a people person I thrive on making connections between people or businesses, I’m often out meeting new people. My proactive nature and building rapport has served me well in and out of business and I often go out of my way to help those around me. I’m a true believer in collaboration resulting in the best output and like to guide and advise others around me. I’m light hearted and easy going in my approach but like to be busy.

Creating and overseeing RFP's, pitches for tenders of work and overseeing multi channel teams for projects or just working conceptually on creative routes for campaigns or product/service launches. Creative Lead
Initially freelance, I became a permanent member of the team. My role as a lead creative was to advise & support members of the team (creatives at all levels and artworkers), produce the big ideas and the process that entails (insights, strategy, brand architecture, research, scamps, art direction, campaign planning etc.).
Also to consult with and present to clients, brand guardianship and quality assurance of projects I’m involved in from start to finish. Uphold Clarity’s ethos and encourage revenue opportunity amongst existing and new clients through our ideas and expertise.

With my own portfolio of clients (SME’s upto 20 mill turnover) my role has gone beyond creative featuring company strategy, implementing structure for ways of working, opening and working out revenue streams, leading teams with quarterly reports KPI’s and mentoring.
