Today, remaining relevant in an ever-changing world requires a culture of innovation, inclusion and an appetite for challenging the norm. Kellogg's are passionate and incredibly proud of their inclusive culture that balances understanding, accountability and challenge at every step of their employee's journey. They simply weren't out in the talent market talking about themselves.
